Meet Arzu Huseynova of Auzzy Style in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Arzu Huseynova.

Arzu, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Born in Baku, Azerbaijan and raised in Kamchatka, Russia, I’ve been able to experience life and culture as I’ve traveled the world living in different countries before settling in Los Angeles, California. Growing up, I spent a considerable amount of time in an Atelier where my mother worked and I picked up sewing at the age of 10. I later studied Social Services and Psychology at Kamchatka State University followed an extensive fashion education at institutions across the world.

I began working as a Fashion Designer followed by Fashion Editor in magazine before opening my own publication in 2012 titled Hipster Magazine where I served as Editor-in-Chief.

I moved to Los Angeles in February 2015. It took me some time to adapt and start new page of my life. Finally, I am back in creative industry. My company, Auzzy Style, was created with a very specific vision in mind. Began with providing life coaching and personal styling services. This is not simply accomplished by helping you look great on the outside, but by actually helping you to feel and be the greatest version of you! I call it “Life Styling”. Now I just issued my first collection of Burning Man Outfits 2017, named Mirage, and already working on first LA line of Ready-to Wear.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc. – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
You are your worst enemy. I was struggling with my Burning Man collection having millions of doubts, if what I am creating is good enough or no. I think every single person who works on creating something has same challenges with himself.

So, let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Auzzy Style story. Tell us more about the business.
I am a fashion stylist, designer and life coach. This all might seem versatile, but I’d say it is just same creating from different angles. Styling wise I do make overs, or editorial shooting stylings, sometimes people need help to change the whole style or organize wardrobe. I also design clothing. I am very proud of my Burning Man Collection 2017, very soon it’ll appear on my web-site, Etsy Store and on social media. I am on process creating ready-to-wear clothing line. I think this combination of being a designer and stylist and life coach at the same time makes my company unique. Spiritual aspect of all company philosophy is very strong.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
Oh, I consider myself as a very lucky person. I always meet the best people in the world, luck sent me to LA, and met me with those who’ve become a family today.
