Meet Antonio Culbreath

Today we’d like to introduce you to Antonio Culbreath.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Antonio. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Before new years of 2018, I traveled the world fixing things at oil refineries. I did that for six years. I am a middle child of three that came from a single-parent home where my mom had to work up to three jobs. So growing up all I knew was to work so I can have what I want and that’s exactly what I did. On January 1st, 2018 me and some of my club brother were heading to a picnic after having lunch at Roscoe’s chicken and waffles.

We always were approaching a turn when my rear tire loses traction and caused me to get launched through a palm tree. Twenty days later I wake up to hear that I was in no coma and I redline twice and that I was paralyzed from the waist down. I made the decision to go back to school and pursue animation like I always wanted to do as a kid. Since I became a full-time student and couldn’t work I came up with an idea to start a YouTube channel with my best friend where we react to all types of music. We met debating about music and we both love it like it’s our wife so it only made sense. We have only had this channel for six months and the people I have touch and motivated from different countries keep pushing me. I want to be that person people can look up to when things are tough And always know that they can do anything no matter what situation they are dealing with. I wanna be able to tell my story on my channel and motivate.

Has it been a smooth road?
No, it hasn’t been a smooth road. Me and my best friend are not popular on social media so all our subscribers came from people searching on YouTube and it’s hard to reach out to people that don’t know about you.

Please tell us more about your work.
So we react to everyone’s music rather their known or not. We want to give people a platform to let their craft be heard. I am most proud that we’re able to entertain people just through a screen. Just to be able to make someone smile for ten minutes out of their day goes along way. I feel like we separate ourselves from others because we actually wanna help people out and also entertain people.

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I feel this industry is going to just keep growing. Nowadays everything is being watched over the internet and YouTube is free to watch and can be used anywhere. The numbers are growing every day.
