Meet Aneta Coufalova Swenson of Aneta Coufalova Swenson Photography in Long Beach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Aneta Coufalova Swenson.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I’m a self-taught photographer who started out as a macro/close-up photographer. I believe some of the best photographers are born into the craft, and have the ability to feel the photographic moment when they come upon it, more than what institutions are able to pass on. I started out as a natural photographer, and I enjoyed taking water drop photos the most, as well as flowers in their natural habitat. From there, I began taking photos of portraits of people. My experience with nature photography helped me create a unique style of compositions, along with depth of field, and an understanding of simple colors to bring out the beauty of my models. I have learned to use the natural environment to my advantage in order to create some of the most beautiful pictures around that go hand in hand with my model’s beauty. I’m talented with the ability to utilize natural lighting to enhance the quality of my pictures. I have been making memories through photography for a large number of people for the past 7 years. From portraits of both men and women, to couples, to weddings and maternity pictures, to family pictures.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I’ve mostly had positive experiences with photography. Photography is my big passion, which I am doing wholeheartedly. It brings happiness and relaxation to my life when I take photos and read the joy my work creates for my clients and I look forward too many more years of making people smile.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Aneta Coufalova Swenson photography – what should we know?
My company mainly focuses on portrait and wedding photos. My clients have very positive feedback with each and every photography session we’ve done. My unique editing style and use of lighting and colors sets me apart from others in my field, and it’s something that I’m very proud of.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
My natural talent to find the perfect photography moment, and my ability to create a pleasant atmosphere with my clients helps me be successful.
