Meet Amgad E. of Amgadization

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amgad E.

Story began with Amgad E, an entrepreneur from Los Angeles, when he was never comfortable with the regular job pattern, working as a conceptual art director for several corporations, he had that evolutionary thought in mind. Amgad E had established Amgadization in 2006, as a design agency providing a range of custom high quality web and graphic design services. In 2015, Amgad E reintroduced Amgadization as the world’s global branding agency. Art directed a global team of talented professionals to Build World Brands and distinctive Visual Identity for businesses around the World.

“Unfold your own myth, break the Walls and Evolve”

After years of working as a professional web and graphic design freelancer achieving expert level in multiple design areas, I started working as a full-time senior designer at HSBC bank in 2012. Being a part of a global highly professional and talented design team at HSBC, was provoked to envision a larger dream. I decided to quit his job to make it come true.

As agency’s slogan says “Art Beyond Walls”, Expressing the freedom from boundaries to provide Art, not paperwork. I worked to have a like-minded global team who are synced together to work in a sans-building virtual agency model; built a finely selected global team who regularly meet on video conferencing and connect through Social Media. More freedom, more productivity, less paperwork, less expense, more profit, more fulfillment, it is far from a normal freelancer working through one of the guru sites.

While my projects yield remarkable results, my philosophy doesn’t necessarily reflect that “Complex is better” but rather “Less is always more”. In fact, my agency has started with team of ten doing a more planned and effective work than done by agencies ten times their size; I created workflow processes that allow for much flexibility, and improved the Return on Investment measured by qualitative and quantitative metrics.

In 2016, through hard team efforts, we achieved some good results and now having multiple client accounts. Earning reputation from emerging to world-renown names, we could see our vision spreading across multiple countries.

Amgadization Team is on a mission to reach the first $1-million milestone, the company has a healthy net profit margin of 45%.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
It hasn’t been a smooth road as there is a great change in the architecture of agencies; the actual model has changed; power has shifted from brands to people. Today, brands need people more than people need brands. The challenge for brands is to deliver real benefits in real time; such as creating a discreet experience. Our work structure has gone towards integrating global creative communities. These communities include graphic designers, copywriters, developers, photographers, animators, etc. are brought together to combine superior efforts into agency’s strategy to create this discreet experience. We have less account managers, as clients understand how to utilize technology, leverage cross-channel personalization, and how to better connect with consumers. With expectations of agency performance linking to client in-market performance, We had to do better to meet those client expectations; by opening up the process and let co-creation happen, clients and their critical stakeholders are involved in the creation of the end product.

Successfully built World brands including own, inspired young Entrepreneurs, startup owners, creative people who are trying to improve their life-work style. Also, business professionals who are looking to build their brand.

On a production level, my agency Amgadization is introducing a distinctive blend and passionately delivers a personalized brand’s visual identity, a keen eye on detail, a world-class quality, the know-how to mold a brand’s look and feel as a world’s brand. The team is obviously known for dependability, dedication and being exceptionally transparent communicating with clients.

Our philosophy “Art Beyond Walls” is about challenging the ordinary, it is the basis of Amgadization Brand, it states our vision “Evolving and releasing limitations to infusing the spectrum of art and fulfilling dreams of people throughout the world.”

We believe in the simple not the complex and less is always more. We believe in saying no to many projects, so we can focus on the few that are meaningful to us. We believe that when we set our minds to doing things differently, a world of possibilities opens.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Couldn’t have been better! Be confident enough to take the risk.

I benefit from experiential learning in the real world, and believe that all past activities are valuable. As we engage, we find that some approaches work better than others, don’t regret any, but value them and learn.

A huge motivator in all businesses, is making money, but I have learned firsthand that you should never travel down a road just because there is a promise of financial gain.

You need to have a real passion for what you are doing and the decisions you are making for these decisions to be worth it.
