Today we’d like to introduce you to Shannon Vendetta.
Shannon, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My little story… once upon a time, I wasn’t this happy AF, high vibe person I am now. I was in an unhappy marriage. I was sad AF, no self-confidence, hating on my body, though I wasn’t good enough or smart enough, blah blah blah…
I woke up one day and decided I couldn’t live like this anymore. I wanted to be happy and love myself again. So, I rewrote my script. I hired a coach, did soul-crushing work, dove deep into my limiting beliefs and started to kick my shit talking to myself to the curb. I got myself a daily ritual. Learned to meditate, journal, be grateful for everything I have, started showing up for myself and stopped playing small.
I realized I wanted and needed to help women overcome blocks in their lives and help them see how truly radiant they are. So, I became a coach and I freaking LOVE IT!!
Has it been a smooth road?
My road has had its ups and downs. And it still does. There are times, I still struggle with self-confidence! Sometimes, those feelings of not being good enough creep back up and I wonder if I am good enough to really help people. Even though deep down, I know I am. I still have to kick my limiting beliefs to the curb and some days are harder than others.
One thing I would share with women starting out on their journey is to be kind to themselves. Talk kindly to yourself. Show your body some love. Eat good clean foods. Move your body daily. Make sure to do some form of self-care daily. But the most important thing is to GET A DAILY RITUAL/DAILY PRACTICE!!! Very important! When you show up daily for yourself is when the magic happens. My daily ritual includes meditating morning and night. Gratitude journaling morning and night. I show my gratitude in the morning for the people and things I have around me and what they bring into my life. At night, I’m grateful for all the amazing things that happened that day. By doing it at night, before I go to bed keeps the momentum going through the next day. And I feel freaking amazing by doing it. Got to keep that high vibe! Gua sha is another thing I love to do daily. I also do some form of work out. So, the moral of this is if you don’t have a daily practice, GET ONE. And it will help keep you balanced and vibrant.

I’m a Health & Wellness Coach, Personal Trainer, Reiki 2 Practitioner.
I help women regain confidence in their body, bust through their BS limiting beliefs, get motivated AF, and kick their self-doubt to the freaking curb. Together, we see what foods aren’t serving you, get you realigned with your beautiful body, and get that body moving and grooving. I will give all the guidance and support you need through this amazing journey and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.
My programs are designed to help women bring their mind, body, soul, and energy back into alignment. You need to work on all four to make the magic happen. You can’t work on one and not the others. It’s like going to the gym and doing leg day and only working out one leg and expecting the other leg to look good! That ain’t going to happen!!
What advice would you give to someone at the start of her career?
You have got to love yourself. Even when you feel like you’re not getting it, shit keeps going wrong, fear creeps up, you get a bunch of “NO”s from people, you start doubting yourself… you need to stop, look in the mirror at those big beautiful eyes of yours, take a deep breath and tell your self you got this girl! You’ve got this! You are freaking amazing! You are badass and don’t you forget that!
