Life & Work with Enzo Langston

Today we’d like to introduce you to Enzo Langston.

Hi Enzo, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Music started as a little kid in the studio playing video games, watching the adults “work” and occasionally going into the booth to record a written. From there, I did not continue my musical journey until Sophomore year of High School where I was gifted and blessed with a home studio by my uncles, who also were on their own musical journey prior to me and now alongside each other. With a new mic, Speakers, and software, I reestablished myself as Yung Mowgli and went releasing music on SoundCloud to beats I found on YouTube. I now go by my real name and produce music of my own with friends and family!

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Musically and as an artist growing within themselves, it’s been tough also a blessing because now I want to rap like Enzo. A lot of opportunities have brought great appreciation of life and built confidence! One of the struggles I deal with could be consistency and persistency. I don’t think this lesson will change anytime soon like anything it takes years of hard work and experimentation to really tune your work. Even then still so much to learn, the world goes on and obstacles will continue to appear so we practicing maneuvering them!

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I specialize in rapping and writing although the past year or two have been a growth point on the production and engineering side of things. Alongside music, I began editing videos and cover arts of my own. I’m known for being an energetic goofball that can rap and bring life to a room. I want to be known as great artist in all truth! I’m proud of all the music I make, I listen back and find more wordplay, different meanings and it amazes me. Makes me appreciate the ability to create in the first place. Truth is we’re all unique sometimes we find out young and others older, it’ll all show…light gone shine exposure!

Is there something surprising that you feel even people who know you might not know about?
I love video games and always will! Not only did my people have me in the studio but remember I was in the stu playing GTA and Socom at like five years old, and when I had to rap, I would beg to go back Before the mic was off. I also love being outdoors and active. I grew up playing basketball and skating which Is my main source of exercise now.
