Today we’d like to introduce you to Young Philly Blunt.

West Coast underground rapper Young Philly Blunt born in South-Central Los Angeles. During his teenage years, his father moved him to Lancaster. As he grew older, he started developing a passion for music. On December 31, 2018 he released his first single call real Niggas ft Banc & Ammar Off his independent label Black Hall of Fame LLC since then he’s been getting countless views and countless steams dropping videos every month, making a name for himself and his city. You can’t mention the West Coast without mentioning Young Philly Blunt. He’s definitely on the rise.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Obstacles and challenges of an independent artist is not having the sources and connections that the mainstream artists or record labels have.

Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?
My business is called Black Hall of Fame. I am the owner, artist promoter, I make all the decisions, I take her all the paperwork I have a full-time job seven days a week.

Can you tell us more about what you were like growing up?
Growing up, I was a fun kid that like to fight a lot with great personality who loves football and basketball until I found my calling in music.
