Inspiring Conversations with Jasmeen (Jazz) K. of Addressed Apparel

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jasmeen (Jazz) K.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I started Addressed Apparel in 2019 after years of sitting with the idea. It was created from a need and a passion. I needed a creative outlet to escape the high stress of working in my healthcare job. I have always loved fashion and helping people so I created my own lane to do so. For years women have complimented and asked about my outfit details. So I created a space for them to shop some of my favorite looks.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My business journey has had peaks and valleys. I stay away from words like ‘struggle’ and face all the challenges head on. It has been overall positive because I chose to live in the positive. I started my business in November 2019 naturally without a clue of what I was doing. Lol, but with doing the work I have learned different strategies of success.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about Addressed Apparel?
Addressed Apparel is a feminine fashion brand for stylish women. We specialize in feminine, tasteful looks that our girls can wear anytime, any occasion. We are dedicated to making our customers feel special so every purchase comes with a complimentary accessory.

What were you like growing up?
Growing up, I was pretty silly. I loved to laugh and joke. I have always loved fashion, books and history. I majored in health science in college and thought I was going to be a nurse. However, after working in the healthcare field for years, I realized my calling is entrepreneurship.
