Inspiring Conversations with Steven Cuoco

Today we’d like to introduce you to Steven Cuoco.

Hi Steven, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Good afternoon.  My name is Steven Cuoco and I am a public relations representative, radio host, and producer of Live On Air with Steven Cuoco on Power 98.5 and the owner of Power 98.5 satellite radio.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
No. It has not always been smooth. Why? Because we live in a broken society and businesses still operate from a very old business formula tailoring schemes to the consumers without proper education and resources. We see the same people in movies and listen to the same musicians on the radio without giving upcoming talent the opportunities they deserve because they are either not signed to a major record label or their following on social media is too low. Creatives are not valued by their skill; they are only valued by their numbers and resources. It’s deplorable to think that social media companies and the higher-ups in the entertainment industry won’t give someone a chance to be successful unless they can be easily bought and sold at the highest price.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I help people tell their stories and deliver a clear message so that they can stay true to their narrative and context without manufacturing a false identity to the public, their fans, consumers, investors, and sponsors.  I help with contract negotiations and overall I help people not get taken advantage of when it comes to professional matters.

We’d be interested to hear your thoughts on luck and what role, if any, you feel it’s played for you?
It’s not luck, it’s a skill and living life through complete transparency and understanding oneself and living, honoring and speaking your truth. To simply put it’s about being honest and living honestly. Life is so much simpler this way.
