Hi Stephanie, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.

Since 1995 Aesthetic Nurse Specialists has been Denver’s #1 Medical Spa which is located in the beautiful city of Lakewood, Colorado. I am the founder, owner and Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Maner. I was the first to open this high-caliber Medical Spa in the Lakewood area. I began my career at Children’s Hospital in the Burn Unit where I found my love of skincare.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Struggles? Oh yes! However, that’s what makes a strong business owner, one that learns as they grow. When you stop learning, you stop growing and that’s when your business fails. Pandemic or not. Which leads me into the topic of expanding my practice to reach more patients across the country, yes across the country! For about five years, I have been wanting to renovate an RV to travel in for “POPUP” locations in California and Texas to start. During the pandemic, I was fortunate enough to finally find the right one. It was definitely a lot of hard work but it was a blast! Aesthetic Nurse Specialists has been in practice for 29 years. I specialize in making your skin aesthetically sound internally and externally. Internally I provide vitamins, enzymes, collagen and hyaluronic acid cetera to provide balance. I always say, whatever you put into your body your skin will tell all. Externally I provide over 200 treatments. Ranging from your basic medical facial to reconstructing a traumatic scar and everything in between. Some procedures I do by hand others I use lasers or a combination. Everyone is different, therefore, their skin is too and needs to be addressed and cared for as such. Do to the fact I offer so many treatments, I know it can get confusing what to choose. Not to worry! We can always discuss, figure out a plan of care and move forward when the patient is ready. I provide all-natural home care products and prescriptions as well which can be determined at the time of an appointment or a tele-health appointment.
How do you think about luck?
What role has LUCK played in my business…….? I’ve thought about this long and hard. Nothing. And I say that laughing….yes I’m lucky that my medical practice has with stood the tests of time, however, it’s really hard work and being dedicated to what you believe in and what you KNOW you ARE providing to your patients. The one thing I am LUCKY to have is amazing patients.
