Hi Sina, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was recruited… I was recruited early out of college to take a chance on myself and start a financial services agency. It wasn’t more than a couple of years into building my practice that I added real estate services, buying and selling properties as an investment strategy for our clients. Fast forward to today, the Catalyst Agency has financial advisors, insurance brokers and real estate agents across the country working as a syndicate to comprehensively serve our clients.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I refer to them more like speed bumps. I never anticipated a smooth road as I learned early in business that anytime your coasting too long, it’s not a good sign. To overcome the struggles and unknowns we focus on building momentum, it’s not about dodging the obstacles but creating enough wins and energy to embrace them as part of the journey. Staying focused on solutions, being resourceful and identifying the “how” we got here and “why” we’re in the struggle to prevent the same challenges from repeating helped keep us on path.

I host The All Mindset podcast, interviewing and surrounding myself with successful, like-minded entrepreneurs like Grant Cardone and the likes help significantly. I absorb Ferry, Robbins and Maxwell for ranted content for self-development and business philosophy. I also attend and actively participate in networking events and industry-related conferences.
