Today we’d like to introduce you to Jaimee Pugh.
Hi Jaimee, thanks for sharing your story with us. To start, maybe you can tell our readers some of your backstory.
I threw my mom a paint & sip birthday party and thought it would be cute to have drinks and a charcuterie board. I did my research and created my first board and it was a hit with all of her friends. I posted a picture of the board and had people inquiring how they could order one. The next day I made an Instagram page, a menu and an order form. Through word of mouth and social media, I have gained a lot of reoccurring and new business.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It has not been a smooth road. I wish I was busier and actually making more profit but I love when an order does come in and I get to create it I love it. There are so many charcuterie businesses in OC & LA and a lot of people have been around longer than me so there’s a lot of competition. I try to market myself as much as possible. I try to go to as many pop-ups as I can.

Charcute For You is a charcuterie business. We serve OC & LA and have you covered for all custom grazing and charcuterie options. I offer reasonable pricing for my boards and tables and offer delivery and pickup options for my customers.
