Hidden Gems: Meet Amariel Ross of The Real Amariel & CO

Today we’d like to introduce you to Amariel Ross.

Hi Amariel, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
My business was started in 2020 after graduating high school during a pandemic. What a time to be alive? Right?

After quitting my full-time job at a cookout, I started a lash business. It failed. I started a hair care line. It failed. When I transitioned into branding and strategy full-time, that’s when I knew exactly what God’s plan was for me, I just had to do the work.

When I actually put in the work on my signature course, Photoshop Bootcamp I made 30k from one digital product in only my second year of business! Between the two years, I’ve been in business, I have had multiple 4-figure digital course launches!

This journey wasn’t just handed to me and that should be emphasized. I HAD to put in the work, just as anyone else. I NEEDED the support, just as anyone else would. Looking back, there’s not a thing I would do differently.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The biggest obstacle that I have come across is judgment and unfair treatment because I am a young entrepreneur.

People feel like because I’m 19, I have no experience or knowledge.

When you execute and apply yourself EVERY SINGLE DAY for two consecutive years, you’d be surprised how much you can know!

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about The Real Amariel & CO?
The Real Amariel & CO. is a women-led agency that focuses of launch designs and coaching.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
We faced many obstacles as a family. I mostly remember the feeling of going to the school book fair and not being able to get the toys and games the other kids had. At the time, I did not understand that my parents were sacrificing so that we could continue to eat and pay our bills. I respect my parents the most for that.

Now, we’re all entrepreneurs and we understand why building generational wealth is so important.
