Today we’d like to introduce you to Vic Arutyunyan.

Hi Vic, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I call my story “out the bottle”. Who I am today is a direct result of the darkness I experienced in my life. Today, I am a high-performance human being and top producing real estate agent on the Rafeh group. This is only the beginning of my journey of becoming me. Three years ago, I was an alcoholic suffering from depression. I was tormented by my own limiting beliefs and resentments. I went from career to career trying to fill the void with no success. I was empty inside and the bottle was the only thing that made me feel whole. The intoxication took me away from myself and my thoughts. It allowed me to numb the pain that was in my heart. Until I hit rock bottom. I had nothing left, I was exhausted from the alcohol and consistent battle with myself. October 29th, 2018 I walked into the AA room in Palmdale, CA. I was looking for a lifeline and instead, I found hope. Every day I spent sober, I was able to recover a small piece of myself. I learned to like myself and be comfortable in my own skin. Today, I am the notorious agent. A confident man who is poised to create anything that comes to my imagination. I am a man full of gratitude that thanks God every day for the lifeline that was gifted to me. I pride myself on my discipline and daily activity that produces traction towards achieving my goals. Real Estate was a natural progression for me. It feels natural and I am talented in the ability to connect with people. My relentless mentality in my business has positioned me to lead my team into the top 50 in the country. I am thankful for the bottle. It molded and shaped me into Vic Arutyunyan. A loving, successful, and grateful man.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
My biggest challenge has been clearing out the negative programming from my former self. The fears and low self-esteem have plagued me my whole life. At the beginning of my real estate career, it was challenging to connect with new people and have the confidence to close deals. I constantly have to work on my mindset and re-program my mind to adopt the beliefs of my new image.

We’ve been impressed with The Rafeh Group, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We are a team of Real Estate professionals that service the greater Los Angeles County. I am a lead agent that services our clients with buying or selling real estate. I specialize in the ability to solve my client’s problems and execute at a high level. I am known for closing and delivering results. I am proud to be a leader of my team and lead by example. I want the consumer to know that we are not in the business of sales. Instead, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional value and service. Its relationships over transactions at the Rafeh Group.

What matters most to you? Why?
Mindset! Having the right mindset that aligns with my goals. Ensuring that I am performing at a high level in all facets of my life. Mind, Body, and Soul are the three pillars of my life. Everything I do in life helps keep all three pillars in balance. I know that if I can be in synch then I can give that energy to others.
