Exploring Life & Business with Sloane of Warriors of the Heart

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sloane.

Hi Sloane, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
You’re looking at a woman whose life stands for radical self-love and directing that love into the creativity and pleasure of full self-expression. But it wasn’t always that way… Several years ago, I was living a life that I had only dreamed of before that. I was successfully running my coaching business, I was traveling the world and living with my partner, I had friends all over the world – basically, it looked like I had it all. But the truth on the inside was that I was incredibly lonely. I had realized months earlier that my relationship was not going to be long term, I knew I was meant to help so many more people than I was in my business, and all of the events and travel of my lifestyle were feeling empty. I had arrived at what I thought I always wanted only to find it was missing the depth that was core to my being. I couldn’t see then what was blocking me, but I knew I was not in my greatness. In January 2019, I ended my relationship and basically ended all of my relationships (except with my daughter) and took four months to dive deep into the truth of who I was being and how I was showing up in relationship, business and life.

At this time, I saw one overarching thing so clearly: I had been sacrificing myself, really for my entire life. In many ways, I had unconsciously been living a lot of little lies (you know, classic people pleasing). I saw how I was denying what I knew was right for me, and I saw how I wasn’t showing up fully for my daughter. I came face to face with the person I was really being (versus who I thought I was) in several important areas. I looked honestly at darkest parts of me. And in all of this, I also saw the full truth of who I am – the greatest aspects of me were shrouded when I was denying the ugliest parts. So in the end, it took me reducing my life down to just me and my daughter to actually see the truth. It took me changing everything to find acceptance and eventually, a fierce love for myself, all of me. Since that time, my work and influence have grown exponentially. It’s the power of the willingness to see truth. I’ve focused my life’s work on guiding women into what I consider the ultimate pleasure and luxury in life, a genuine and loving relationship with themselves, as they grow in all areas of lifestyle and business. Everyone has deep darkness inside and everyone has a bright light – you have to see one to fully see the other.

One of the most important things for you to know about me is that I live free, inside and out. The life I live is one that I’ve consciously cultivated in all ways for many years – that includes everything from the people around me, the food and media I consume, my business and clients, my body and how I look, my thoughts and even my name. I have released what others think, and I’m willing to hear the truth about me from any source. I’ve been an avid student of my own personal growth for the past ten years that has taken me on many journeys including building and selling my $1mm business law firm, traveling the world and many other life-changing experiences. I’m passionately living my life as an adventure.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about Warriors of the Heart?
Do you know a professional woman who seems like she has it all? She’s running a successful business, has a great family and lifestyle and is really succeeding in all areas? She’s incredibly grateful and also…she knows more is possible. I guide this woman in her next evolution, stepping into what it feels like to experience life and business at her full potential. The interesting thing about this woman is that she’s at a stage where the things that created her current success are the very things that are holding her back from her next quantum leap. In the Daring Life Society (on Facebook), I host an Evolved CEO Masterclass, where I take professional women through the process that has helped my clients shed the old business paradigm, make exponential leaps in their businesses and lives (most clients double and triple their revenues in our work together), evolve their companies into their dream ventures, build incredibly fulfilling intimate relationships, and ultimately…it’s helped them play at their full potential. I host the Evolved CEO Masterclass several times a year and would love to invite any woman who this speaks to join us in the Daring Life Society. It’s a highly curated group of high-quality women. I also hold women’s retreats and do private consulting.

If we knew you growing up, how would we have described you?
I’ve always been a life adventurer. I grew up in the suburbs of Columbus, Ohio. In a place where almost everyone stays, I knew from a young age that I would leave the Midwest. I spent my freshman year of college in Ecuador and have never stopped traveling since.
