Daily Inspiration: Meet Daniel Gray

Today we’d like to introduce you to Daniel Gray.

Daniel, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
It started in 2017 when my wife told me that I would be a good real estate agent. She said I’m a people person and that I am always talking to people and making a connection with each one that I meet for the first time. I decided in 2018 to take real estate classes before our second child was born. I finished my schooling in 2018 but ended up setting it aside and did not try to take the state exam since our second child was born. After a couple of years had passed, it was now 2020 and I was ready to get serious about real estate and to try and take the state exam. I literally had to start all over again and study real estate material from my schooling. Due to the pandemic, I was unable to take the exam and had to wait to take it until 2021. One thing I learned throughout this process is that you cannot give up as the exam itself was really tough. I finally got my real estate license in 2022. Although my real estate journey was a rough one to start, I’m glad I had great support from my wife and family. Being a real estate agent has given me the privilege to assist all types of wants and desires. I am here to serve the people and build trust with each client. Whether you are looking to lease, buy or sell a home, I am here to help you!

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
I believe things in life will never be a smooth road at first but without those bumpy roads, we will never learn from and will be able to grow from them which will lead to the smooth roads. For example, getting clients takes trust. I am going to neighborhoods and passing out my information so people will get to know me as a person and agent. Potentially, I am hoping this will build a relationship and will eventually allow me to assist each individual with any real estate needs.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I am a real estate agent that specializes in finding you the right home for the right price. I also want to be able to help you sell your home and get it sold for the price you are wanting to sell it for. What sets me apart from others is that I am here to listen.

We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
My favorite childhood memory was playing outside with friends and skateboarding.
