Conversations with Oluwafemi Olofinnika

Today we’d like to introduce you to Oluwafemi Olofinnika.

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
As an African kid trying to make it out in the music industry, it’s been several ups and downs, lack of resources and funds or even devices or tools to create an awareness for my craft. But I bless God for where I am now and where I know he’s taking me as a superstar.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a bitter-sweet ride, chasing your passion without support and money which is a key factor to the entire grind, but we keep on believing till we get to the top.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
Music, we created a new genre of afrobeat music called afro gyrations, its a type of music that makes you just feel good to move your body, grove, and be happy while you’re doing so. our music comes from the heart, that’s what makes it stand out

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
I read a lot of books inspirational books like rich dad poor dad, talent is not enough and many more. Twitter has been a great place for my music and it’s also a stress easing mechanism that helps to ease all the tension of things when they don’t fall in place.
