Conversations with Natalie Walter Detox Queen

Today we’d like to introduce you to Natalie Walter “RESTARTbynat”.

Hi Natalie, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My passion for natural health grew from my mom’s suffering and my own need for help.

Fourteen years ago, my mother became “ill” (cancer), and that’s where I realized something big. All my life, I have suffered from headaches, abdominal pain (digestive problems), fatigue and lack of energy…in addition to being overweight. Looking back, I got “enlightened” and realized the direct connection to the foods we eat. From that day forward, I started researching and learning and very quickly discovered “natural health”. I made big changes to my diet menu, which led to a revolution and a huge improvement in my lifestyle.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
At the time, I changed everything I knew from unhealthy to healthy but let me tell you it wasn’t easy, I had to peel off years of body abuse. As a child, I grew up on high-sugar products, snacks and lots of unhealthy foods. The good thing about me is when I focus on a certain goal, I always succeed. When I started the change, the results were not long in coming, all the symptoms disappeared and I lost weight drastically.

I began my journey towards a healthy and balanced lifestyle at a young age (23) and today (37), after years of study and authority in the natural field, I discovered that I can also help and guide others to this change in their lives. In my profession today, I help people who are interested in learning about body cleaning and regeneration of body cells naturally according to a detoxification method that advocates cleansing the body by fruits, vegetables, herbs and more. And this year it was important to me to create a restart program that is suitable for everyone, even working people. In the world we live in it is important to cleanse the body four times a year with every season. Body cleansing has five main purposes – detoxification, reducing acidity, preventing inflammation, cleansing the digestive system and burning fats.

I must point out that detox has several levels so I do not believe that a person who is just starting a cleanse should fast, suffer or drink only juices during the day, but eat and eat well.

Remember that healing is done as one whole body, mind and spirit.

As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
My company “Restartbynat”, offers private detox counseling as well as group detox workshops (online and in person). We are famous for our “10 day restart detox” which is a group workshop that helps people get a fresh restart, loose weight, and feel good. As a Detoxifying specialist for many years in the field, I see the struggle people are facing today and I’m here to help.

In addition to the field of detoxes which bring me much love and joy, I have an all women’s training studio located in Agoura Hills. Small groups and individual training.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
For me, the shift has already started. In the next five years I see my company grow and become a worldwide sensation. As of now were are really focused on expanding the brand and bring the message to every home. We have a recipe book and a customized planner in the making as well as a new “30 day full body restart”.

My focus was always about education people and sharing my knowledge.

“Once a wise man”, told me we all got something someone else can benefit from.

And I live by it.

I’m excited to announce that my “Restart” Top menu items are available at Beck’s cafe 21789 venture blvd, Woodland Hills.
