Today we’d like to introduce you to Bob Peace.
Hi Bob, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Oh man! Always fun to tell my story. Basically just a suburban kid from New York. Always had a soft spot for good music from a very young age like Aretha Franklin, Michael Jackson, good down-home piano blues music, stuff like that. I think that’s pretty good for now just find Bob Peace on Spotify etc. and make up your own mind.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Jesus Christ it’s been the opposite of smooth. I’d say the biggest struggle is just believing in yourself when everybody else doesn’t give a shit pardon my language. Everything else falls under that.
Please tell us more about you.
My favorite artists are the ones who are basically themselves in the music. People like Mac Miller, 2Pac, Bradley from Sublime, Janis Joplin. People like that.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I think Tom Petty said you just got to work really hard and hopefully, a lot of opportunities open up for you.
