Today we’d like to introduce you to Judith Udeochu.
Judith Udeochu is a newly published writer, poet and author. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and is the youngest of five children. She began writing poetry when she was eight years old. At that age, she was very shy and timid, so writing poetry helped her express her thoughts without having to really talk. As an introvert from a loud and vibrant Nigerian family her words were usually eclipsed. She resorted to reading books and writing poetry.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Yes, this journey has been a smooth road for me because I has been able to sell my book outside the Amazon platform. I’ve been attending numerous events to promote my book. My obstacle in the beginning was actually having the motivation to put the pen to paper. As well as overthinking. With so many thoughts in my head, it gave me that nervous thought about writing a book or will anyone buy my book.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a teacher assistant as early education for Los Angeles county. I love my job and working with children. My proud moments are when the parents Express to me how much their children admire me as a teacher.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
I have a book page @b00ksnbeauty where I explore new books, read new books and discover new books for my followers.
