Today we’d like to introduce you to belmont shore’s brix at the shore.

We’d love to learn the story behind brix at the shore.
We built this location, on a New York experience here in Southern California. Our specialty is pastrami, with great craft beer and an amazing wine list. Our place is based on “one and one equals ten” Small amounts of ingredients, bring amazing amount of flavors and experiences. We pair food drinks, music and conversations, that make that wow experience. We want everyone, coming out of Brix, saying “did that just happen to me”

Successfully running a restaurant is extremely difficult. Tell us about some of the challenges you’ve had to overcome.
I started with no budget 12 years ago in Sunset Beach, and built that , in an area that was a drive by city. Opened the Belmont Shore location in October 2013. Having both locations, was way too much, and I realiEd, not being at both locationa, was a hinderance. Sold the sunset beach location in august 2015, allowed me to center on Belmont Shore, and keep the party going

Is there something unique or interesting about brix at the shore that our readers should know about?
We have made a New York, kinda place, where we make people talk to each other, and have the greatest of pastrami. The average age at our location, is in the fifties, and have been vuilt, on allowing g us oldies, let our hair down, without, worrying, who is to tge left and right
