Today we’d like to introduce you to Jacob Chavez.
Hi Jacob, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
I am the founder and CEO of Jacobs Private Select. Growing up, I was a professional boxer and later went on to train a World Class athletes. I know firsthand the intense impact high-level athletes put on their bodies to perform at their best ability, I knew the nerves and pressure that overwhelms many professional athletes. I wanted to create and organic all-natural product to help with muscle recovery, sleep and to help relieve some of the anxiety and stress that many of these athletes face daily. Growing up in Mexico, my family was very into agriculture and farming so I got most of my knowledge for farming early on. About ten years ago, I became very interested in hemp plants and the healing components they carry. I decided to put boxing aside for a short period of time and dedicate all my time to discovering all the ins and outs of hemp. After many trials, I created one of the world’s first USDA-Certified organic hemp formulations. We now use this formulation in a sleep gummy that contains The highest quality proven composite combinations out there. The combination of these composites is a game-changer. We also have a tincture that aids in anxiety relief and red blood cell and muscle recovery, pain management and focus. The two of these products used together is the solution I always needed as a professional athlete and dreamed of creating. I am proud of my products and the impact they have had on other people’s lives is what keeps me motivated and going.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
It has been a beautiful journey but not a smooth road. Many challenges have surfaced along the way to include the regulatory market and in the market space. Also figuring out proper formulations backed by active medical research we have worked extremely hard with data and trials to get to our precise and helpful formulas. We have worked through many challenges and no business is easy to start as we are all new in this space but with the team and market study backed with research and development, we are here to stay and will make a major impact on the market and help a lot of people.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I am a serial entrepreneur. I am the Founder and CEO of my brand Jacobs Private Select. I also train World Class Athletes. What sets me apart from others is my motivation and drive. I have always followed the motto be the first one in and last one out. When an opportunity presents itself, I love to take risk and give it my all especially if I know it could help impact another person’s life in a positive way. God always comes first in my life and with his guidance, I truly believe the possibilities of success are endless.
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
This pandemic has taught me many things. Most importantly, to be grateful and humble because at any moment the world as we know it can change in a blink of an eye. No matter what darkness presents itself, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
