Hi Adam, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
Two of my favorite things in life are music and being in nature. I’m the weird old guy dancing by myself at the end of the pier at sunset with my headphones on. A few years ago, I experienced my first “silent disco” and loved it and wondered if it could be done with live music. That was the inspiration for World of Sound Productions.
Two years and one pandemic later, World of Sound Productions is breaking new ground with unforgettable outdoor headphone experiences.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Launching an event company at the start of the pandemic has been challenging to say the least.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I guess I’m what you might call a creative entrepreneur. I like to identify under-marketed products and experiences, make them better and market them.
I’m most proud of the incredible team we are building and the unforgettable experiences we have created and shared.
Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
On the one hand, it was bad luck that the pandemic hit just as we intended to launch an event company. On the other hand, it was good luck that our strategy of hi-fidelity outdoor concerts combined with our technology of headphones with 1/4 mile range turns out to be the perfect solution for the times we are in.
