Check Out Jesús Ríos Cozzetto’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jesús Ríos Cozzetto.

Jesús, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I started writing articles for a fashion magazine in Mexico City. Later I made the stylism for an editorial published in a German magazine called Kaltblut. My mentor were Vogue Spain’s editor Yolanda Sancristan and my inspiration Metal Magazine’s editor-in-chief Yolanda Muelas, they taught me how to develop my skills and gave me the tools to grow by myself in the industry. I’ve made publications all around the world, in 47 countries, as coordinator, writer, photographer, model, and fashion stylist. You can see my work in magazines like: Vogue Spain, L’officiel, Nylon Japan, Vogue Italy, Buró, Adon Magazine and others.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I don’t think so, but sometimes I’ve found myself in new teams with some negative people that don’t believe in theirselfs. I’ve tried to make them see that they have the potential to achieve their goals.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I’m a fashion stylist, coordinator and set designer. I am specialized in fashion editorial productions, working, in most of the cases, as a fashion stylist. I’m most proud of my work that reaches so many countries and the people all around the world that sends me messages in my social media about how much they love my work. What sets me apart from others is that my inspiration comes from places that nobody expects, like videogames and nature.

What sort of changes are you expecting over the next 5-10 years?
I see myself involved in the film industry, as an editor of an important fashion magazine, and working in the videogames industry.
