Check Out Christina Patricio’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Christina Patricio.

Hi Christina, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
In 2008, I decided to start a blog to document all of the places my husband and I were traveling. We loved traveling to Hawaii, Europe, Australia, etc. I wanted to write about the places we visited, share photos, and talk about where we stayed and places we ate. We also enjoyed cruising and I loved sharing about those experiences too. In 2011, we had our first child, Carter, and my blog turned more into a lifestyle/motherhood blog. I shared baby products I liked, what it was like traveling with a child, things you need when you travel with a baby or in your hospital bag, etc. In 2014, we had our daughter, Kennedy, and our family was complete. I continued to share about lifestyle and motherhood but started seriously working with brands and companies. I also started sharing more about television and movies on my blog and social media channels and now we attend movie premieres, screen upcoming movies, interview the cast for shows or movies and the kids love it. They are very involved and it has allowed us to travel, attend events, meet so many amazing people and more. We currently live in Fresno, CA where my husband farms and works with his father, but before the pandemic we were in LA at least two to three times a month.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
I think it has been a very smooth road. I am really organized and try to plan out content and my schedule each week. I have also always been a really positive person so I try to always look on the bright side of things. I try not to stress and worry about things that are out of my control.

Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I graduated from SJSU with a degree of Bachelor Of Arts in Liberal Studies. I taught several different grades for a while, but in 2011 after I had my son Carter I decided to stay home and I was able to blog full time. Now I easily make more than what a teacher makes in a year just by blogging and being a content creator and working from home. It is so amazing. I am happy that I have my teaching degree if I ever want to teach again, but I love the flexibility of being my own boss, being able to raise my children, and be home. Plus right now, within the last year and during this pandemic it has been so nice to be able to be home, help the kids with distance learning and be there for them more than ever.

So, before we go, how can our readers or others connect or collaborate with you? How can they support you?
I am happy to collaborate and work with brands. Most brands or influencer agencies reach out to me by direct messaging me on my Instagram or emailing me. I always respond back and send my media kit.
