Art & Life with Gray XCV

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gray XCV.

Gray, please kick things off for us by telling us about yourself and your journey so far.
My name is Imani Gray. My art name is Gray XCV. I started painting my senior year of high school in 2012. I had no training but I decided to paint for my AP portfolio. I received advice from my friends on how to mix colors. Almost immediately after my high school graduation, I had my first art exhibit at Dysona Art Gallery in Los Angeles. Years of muscling through my creative entrepreneurial endeavors led to my spiritual awakening. I spent a lot of time alone and isolated in my work space. I had the opportunity to connect with Source Energy. I soon came to know myself as an oracle with heightened intuitive and clairvoyant abilities. Every time I would receive a download from Spirit, I would write them down in my notes, hence the title of my book, “The Oracle’s Notes”. I am constantly recording my prophecies, advising my peers, and using my artwork to illustrate predictive dreams and visions.

Can you give our readers some background on your art?
My artwork is inspired by Christ Consciousness. My medium is acrylic on canvas. My message is to show the viewer that we are all beings of light. We are all chosen with a special mission and purpose.

In your view, what is the biggest issue artists have to deal with?
I think the biggest challenge for artists may be the growing population of uneducated youth. Art is intellectual. If there’s no one to appreciate art on an intellectual level then what are we making it for?

What’s the best way for someone to check out your work and provide support?
